At F. Jewelers, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings that have been worn (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized jewelry
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
